About the Role

We are seeking a General Counsel & Head of Legal Operations to join our innovative AI-first company. In this fully remote role, you will lead our legal team, ensuring compliance and risk management while leveraging AI technologies to streamline legal operations. What You'll Do

  • Oversee all legal operations, including contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 10+ years of experience in legal operations, with a focus on SaaS and AI integration.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and compliance management.
  • Strong understanding of M&A, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in risk management and legal strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and automation tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in private equity and venture capital law.
  • Knowledge of Delaware limited partnerships and employment law.
  • Proficiency in legal scripting and IT systems.
