GenAI Solution Architect - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented GenAI Solution Architect to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI and cloud solutions to deliver innovative strategies and solutions tailored to our clients' needs. As a GenAI Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Alibaba Cloud's advanced technologies across various industries.

What You'll Do

• Deliver market insight analysis reports for specific segments based on trends, market potential, core scenarios, and pain points.
• Lead pre-sales engagement with key customer decision-makers, building trust and uncovering genuine needs to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring accurate product selection and effective project strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the customer's current business and technology landscape to establish comprehensive business-technology profiles.
• Institutionalize reusable knowledge assets, including cloud architecture templates and best practices tailored for specific industries.
• Deliver high-quality external technical presentations and speak at industry conferences to influence customer technology decisions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and project risks during solution implementation.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and revenue realization.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in pre-sales, development, or operations at internet or software companies.
• Hands-on experience leading mid-to-large-scale IT projects, including cloud migration and digital transformation.
• Proven track record designing solutions across diverse customer industries such as finance, retail, and government.
• Experience interfacing with customer technical and business teams to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to author solution documents, architecture diagrams, and deliver technical presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with prior hands-on troubleshooting experience during project delivery.
• Ability to architect end-to-end large model and intelligent computing systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices transformation and big data/AI platform deployment.

• Experience delivering training sessions for sales teams and ecosystem partners.
