About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Repair Manager to join our team at TIGER Deutschland. This remote Repair Manager position offers you the chance to coordinate and manage repair operations efficiently, ensuring that facilities function smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming repair requests, analyzing situations and determining the best course of action.
• Coordinate with external service providers and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Act as the central point of contact for clients, tenants, and service companies, ensuring clear communication and reliability.
• Document all repair orders, provide status updates, and maintain transparency throughout the process.
• Review incoming and outgoing invoices, keeping track of costs and services rendered.

Requirements

• Experience in facility management, real estate, technical environments, or service coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain oversight of multiple tasks.
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• Experience in managing external service providers is a plus.
