About the Role

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be part of the Expert Retention team, focusing on building features that enhance user engagement and retention on our platform.

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end: design, implementation, release, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to transform business goals into effective solutions.
• Utilize metrics and experiments to enhance user retention and engagement.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, and MCPs to improve development efficiency.
• Work with technologies including React, .NET, PostgreSQL, and AWS to build robust applications.
• Make data-driven decisions to guide feature development and improvements.
• Participate in a hybrid, cross-location team environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, PostgreSQL, and React.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and GitHub.
• Ability to own features in production and not just write code.
• Comfortable making decisions based on data and business metrics.
