About the Role

Join the Oberalp Group as a Front Office & Accounting Intern and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, international environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while supporting our Entrance Hall & Accounting Team. You will be involved in various administrative tasks and financial accounting processes, providing you with a comprehensive overview of the field.

What You'll Do

• Assist the financial accounting department in posting all transactions as they occur.
• Support in the creation of customer master data in the ERP system.
• Help manage travel expense reports efficiently.
• Assist in welcoming visitors, including customers and business partners.
• Facilitate communication with external persons and stakeholders.
• Manage stationery supplies and company vehicles.
• Support in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• University student or degree in economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or administration is a plus.
• Excellent German and Italian language skills, along with good English proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
