About the Role

The Digital Career Institute (DCI) is seeking a Freelance Web Development Trainer - Remote to support participants in their journey into the digital world through live virtual classes. This part-time freelance position allows you to work remotely within the EU, providing you with the flexibility to manage your time effectively while making a significant impact on students' careers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct live virtual classes for Web Development courses, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning journey from basic computer literacy to certification, helping them build essential skills.
• Provide practical and engaging teaching content that resonates with learners and fosters their interest in technology.
• Build trusting relationships with students to enhance their learning experience and encourage participation.
• Evaluate and optimize course content for better learning experiences, ensuring that materials are up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements

• A degree in programming or a related field, or equivalent training.
• Several years of professional experience in Web Development, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
• Initial teaching experience is desirable, showcasing your ability to convey knowledge effectively.
• Creative methods for theory-practice transfer, ensuring that students can apply what they learn in real-world scenarios.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage course schedules and materials efficiently.
• A high degree of empathy and communication skills to understand and address students' needs.
• The ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way, making learning accessible to all.
