Nursing Specialist - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Specialist to join our team remotely. What You'll Do

• Provide holistic care and support to residents in accordance with our care philosophy and nursing process.
• Act as a primary caregiver, overseeing and managing the care process for assigned residents, including care needs assessment.
• Utilize electronic nursing documentation tools such as CareCoach for accurate record-keeping.
• Plan and accompany medical visits, ensuring seamless communication between residents and healthcare providers.
• Take on daily responsibilities, coordinating the daily team activities effectively.
• Lead case discussions and nursing reports, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Engage in specialized topics as a subject matter expert, contributing to our quality of care initiatives.
• Be available for night shifts as required.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Nursing Specialist (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the SRK.
• Experience in long-term care is advantageous.
• Knowledge of RAI/BESA is preferred, or a willingness to attend training (costs covered).
• Experience in home care or in-house care is desirable.
• A warm and humorous disposition with a passion for diverse challenges.
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Additional certifications in specialized nursing fields.
• Experience in team leadership or mentoring roles.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
