What You'll Do

• Welcome, advise, and assist customers in the agency, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Manage contracts and billing, ensuring a smooth return process for vehicles.
• Participate in logistics, including vehicle preparation and timely deliveries.
• Contribute to the agency's performance through commercial actions and rigorous follow-ups.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating connections.
• Organized, adaptable, and curious about automotive innovations.
• Minimum B1 level in English and a valid driving license.
• Education: Bac +2 (BTS) or Bachelor’s degree, with or without experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and a service-oriented mindset.
