What You'll Do

• Provide superior customer service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain full HACCP compliance and ensure safe food handling practices are followed.
• Continuously improve the Deli/Bakery offerings by staying informed about product information and new lines.
• Prepare fresh foods such as salads, sandwiches, and soups accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage point of sale processes efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and keeping deli display units and work areas clean and orderly.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks as needed and assist management with related duties.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for food.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team and lead when necessary.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
