Legal Intern - Business Law and Contracts (Remote)

About the Role

Join Quandela as a Legal Intern and immerse yourself in the world of business law and contracts within the innovative field of quantum computing. This remote internship offers a unique opportunity to work under the supervision of the CFO, contributing to the establishment of a comprehensive contract management system while gaining invaluable experience in legal processes.

What You'll Do

• Implement a database to manage all contracts effectively.
• Review, analyze, and organize existing contracts (suppliers, consultants, clients) and draft any missing agreements as needed.
• Support the management team in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting international contracts.
• Draft internal legal memos on various business law topics and data protection issues.
• Provide legal guidance to Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Research, and Academic Partnership teams, offering actionable legal solutions.
• Ensure ongoing legal monitoring and communicate relevant updates to the teams.
• Assist in organizing and managing legal documentation and contribute to broader administrative support within the legal department.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Law or Contract Law.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Previous internship or experience in contract law is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of French law is a big plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to take ownership of drafting and following up on legal documents.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
