What You'll Do

• Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries, ensuring all details are covered.
• Provide recommendations on destinations, activities, and accommodations tailored to client preferences.
• Follow up and confirm itineraries for each booked product prior to travel.
• Respond professionally to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and promotions to provide the best options for clients.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently while also collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
