About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Sales Representative to join our team and promote our B2B HR training programs remotely. As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses enhance their HR practices through our specialized training solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to transforming HR and management practices for small and medium-sized enterprises (TPE/PME).

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop a portfolio of companies across France, focusing on small and medium enterprises.
• Present our HR and management training programs to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize your B2B sales experience to engage with decision-makers and executives.
• Manage your schedule and sales methods independently, enjoying the freedom of freelance work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in services, consulting, training, or HR.
• Strong ability to prospect, follow up, and close deals.
• Comfortable interacting with decision-makers, including executives and HR managers.
• Freelance or independent status is necessary.
• Ability to work on a commission-based remuneration structure.
