About the Role

GreenTomatoMedia is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Finance Associate - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency across our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that focuses on developing its own products and operates a vast media network, attracting over one million high-value visitors monthly.

What You'll Do

• Generate and submit invoices to customers on a monthly basis and as needed.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, performing revenue accounts reconciliation using Xero accounting software and our internal systems.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and follow up with customers for timely payment resolutions.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with customers and other stakeholders.
• Embrace additional duties as assigned by the manager to contribute to our financial excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in finance or accounting, specifically in Accounts Receivable.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Xero Software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing finance.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing financial processes.
• Understanding of crypto and iGaming financial dynamics.
