About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter - Remote to join our team at Job Mobz. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top technical talent for our enterprise SaaS clients. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic recruitment team.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Source candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified technical professionals.
• Utilize ATS and recruiting tools for effective candidate management.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets and enhance the candidate experience.
• Ensure all candidates are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, particularly within the SaaS industry.
• Proven ability to attract and engage top technical talent.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Must reside in the EST timezone to align with our clients' needs.
