About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on understanding business challenges and translating them into actionable projects that drive success. What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers to understand their business challenges.
• Translate customer problems into internal projects that align with our strategic goals.
• Act as a strategic advocate for customers internally, ensuring their needs are met.
• Present recommendations based on business outcomes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for customer engagement and platform adoption to maximize value.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Data teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Approach ambiguous problems with a consulting mindset, leveraging your analytical skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 2 years in management consulting or advisory roles.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS and revenue analytics is a plus.
• Ownership-first mindset with initiative and speed in execution.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and KPIs.
