About the Role

Westman Atelier is seeking a Freelance Clean Beauty Concierge - Remote to serve as a virtual brand ambassador and the face of our client experience. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional and bespoke level of care, supporting our digital services. As a Freelance Clean Beauty Concierge, you will conduct one-on-one video consultations tailored to each client’s unique needs, skin type, and lifestyle.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional, high-touch service that reflects Westman Atelier's brand and aesthetic standards.
• Provide expert guidance on product recommendations and shade matching via email, text, and live chat.
• Partner with the Ecommerce team in the execution of new digital services and virtual events.
• Act as a trusted resource for clients navigating our catalog of clean beauty products.
• Represent Westman Atelier with professionalism, warmth, and deep brand knowledge.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience working directly with clients in beauty, retail, or luxury services.
• Experience as a makeup artist, with knowledge of product application and customer engagement.
• Comfortable with self-application for demonstration purposes.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with clients.
• Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom Meetings, and digital scheduling tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in virtual consultations or digital services.
• Knowledge of clean beauty products and trends.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
