About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator - French Speaking (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Blatchford. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our B2B customers, providing efficient solutions to inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including logistics and sales, to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Handle purchase orders and customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage complaint resolution and order tracking, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Prepare invoices and credit notes for customers, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and track returns, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the ACS department with test products and the creation of ACS numbers.
  • Contribute to process improvements and share ideas for enhancing customer service operations.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in a customer-facing role within a commercial environment.
  • Fluency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems such as Syteline and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a structured and meticulous approach.

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
