Flutter Developer - Mobile Innovation Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Flutter Developer remote to join our ambitious software studio based in Skopje, North Macedonia. As a Flutter Developer remote, you will have the opportunity to build high-performance mobile games and applications that engage users globally. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications and games using Flutter (Dart).
• Create smooth animations and optimize performance for an engaging user experience.
• Utilize state management solutions like Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider to manage complex business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement backend services using Supabase, Firebase, or SQL for user authentication and data synchronization.
• Use AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to enhance development efficiency.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI and maintain 60 FPS animations across various devices.
• Participate in team-building activities and periodic trips to our headquarters in Skopje.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) with a focus on high-performance UI.
• Experience or strong interest in developing mobile applications and games.
• At least one high-performance app or game successfully launched on Google Play or the App Store.
• Deep understanding of state management solutions.
• Familiarity with the Flame engine or custom game loops is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of memory optimization techniques.
