FLIGHT DECK Development Programs Leader - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a FLIGHT DECK Development Programs Leader to join our team remotely. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of role-based development programs that translate FLIGHT DECK expectations into practical skills for various critical roles. You will lead a team of Program Managers to design, deploy, and continuously improve multi-modal development journeys.
What You'll Do
- Set the strategy and roadmap for role-based development programs aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Lead a team of Program Managers to plan and sustain multi-modal programs, including asynchronous and in-person learning.
- Translate FLIGHT DECK expectations into role-specific capabilities and learning objectives.
- Own the operating cadence for the Plant Leader Community, managing agendas and content.
- Partner with Learning Designers to create scalable, digitally enabled content and performance support materials.
- Establish standard work for program operations, including intake, release management, and communications.
- Run stakeholder mechanisms to align priorities and resources.
- Define and report key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development program management or related roles.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within 40 miles of a major US Airport.
- Proven experience in leading teams that design and deploy development programs at scale.
- Strong portfolio management skills, including prioritization and risk management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Operational excellence mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Expertise in capability frameworks and assessment strategies.
- Experience building role-based communities and mentoring programs.
