Fleet Manager for BMW Rental Cars - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Manager for BMW Rental Cars to join our dynamic team. This remote opportunity allows you to manage our fleet of rental vehicles while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. As a Fleet Manager, you will oversee the management of up to 50 vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer interactions regarding rental vehicles and replacement cars.
• Oversee the Rhein-Rent fleet, including preparation, refueling, and cleaning of vehicles.
• Handle the handover and return of vehicles during service appointments.
• Administer traffic violations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completed training as a merchant in freight forwarding and logistics services, or similar qualifications.
• Experience in fleet management or car rental services is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and enjoyment in interacting with people.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of fleet management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
