As a First-Class Chef, you will play a crucial role in our 5-star Hotel Colombus located in Porto Santo, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to quality and hygiene standards, following technical sheets.
  • Ensure proper storage and preservation of food items.
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, adhering to HACCP regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Organize and manage time effectively to meet service demands.

Requirements

  • Training in culinary arts or related field.
  • Experience as a chef in hospitality or restaurant settings.
