What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly reports and monthly closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and support budgets and forecasting activities; analyze margins, variances, and OPEX across the division.
• Contribute to the Mid-Term Financial Plan (MTFP) and long-range planning efforts.
• Act as a business partner for R&D projects, supporting project managers with financial transparency and strategic insights.
• Provide proactive financial advice and collaborate with regional and functional teams.
• Steer implementation of key actions and support performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes and policies while enhancing financial systems and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance and business operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in finance or business partnering within an international environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across cultures.
