Senior Manager Valuation & Modeling - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Valuation & Modeling to join our dynamic team at Deloitte. This remote opportunity allows you to lead project teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering insightful reports and robust financial models. As a Senior Manager Valuation & Modeling, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise to support clients in making informed investment decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead project teams and act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Deliver engagements with insightful reports and robust financial models as deliverables.
• Explain valuation reports and business plans to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships, prepare proposals, and contribute to business development efforts.
• Collaborate with other M&A teams within Deloitte on joint assignments.
• Challenge client-provided information and analyses performed by team members.
• Review the work of junior team members and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements, including budget monitoring and invoicing.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role in valuations, corporate finance, or similar disciplines.
• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Solid general financial knowledge and understanding of value creation and business models.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with VBA, Python, or Power BI is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Energy & Infrastructure, Financial Services, or Consumer Business sectors.
• Familiarity with valuation analyses for shareholder disputes and financial reporting.
