About the Role

We are searching for a passionate Field Sales Executive - Vietnamese Speaking (Remote) to join our team at Saltz. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the Saltz.App in your city, connecting chefs with a digital marketplace that simplifies their sourcing of high-quality ingredients. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact in the gastronomy industry.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 10-15 meetings per week with restaurant owners and chefs to introduce them to the Saltz marketplace.
• Demonstrate the Saltz application in real kitchen environments, showcasing how it simplifies ordering.
• Utilize our CRM system to track interactions and progress, ensuring seamless communication with the team.
• Plan and manage your weekly schedule effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in the gastronomy sector, whether as a chef, bar manager, or in customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for sales.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.

Nice to Have

• Previous sales experience or internships in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
