About the Role

We're hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Substantial Group. This role focuses on door-to-door sales, where you will engage directly with residents, showcasing our competitive packages and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Field Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to earn an OTE of £50,000 while working in a supportive environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Embrace door-to-door sales as your primary focus, engaging with residents to promote our broadband services.
• Create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion with confidence.
• Work closely with your line manager to showcase the benefits of YouFibre's services.
• Foster meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders.
• Utilize our 'Lone Worker' app to ensure your safety while working independently.

Requirements

• Located within a 30-minute drive of Colne, United Kingdom.
• Full clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Passionate about providing top-tier customer service.
• Driven to succeed in both individual and team environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
