About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Field Sales Engineer - Automation Solutions (Remote) to join our team at FAAC Technologies. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our mission, working remotely while engaging with clients across the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region.

What You'll Do

• Develop commercial relationships in your geographical area by identifying and prospecting new clients.
• Provide technical consultancy, guiding clients in selecting the right automation solutions for their needs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest innovations in the automation sector.
• Ensure client satisfaction through comprehensive support before and after sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Technical education: Bac+2/3 in Technical Product Sales or related fields, with a foundation in electrotechnics, electricity, or automation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field sales engineer in the construction sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a mix of hunter and farmer sales profiles.
• Ability to build long-term relationships based on trust with clients.
• Fluency in French; proficiency in English is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automation industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
