Field Marketing Manager - Remote Position at EPS Learning
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join EPS Learning, a leading K–12 supplemental literacy and math curriculum company. This remote Field Marketing Manager position is pivotal in shaping and executing our field marketing strategy, focusing on account-based initiatives and driving demand within the K–12 education market.
What You'll Do
- Rationalize, define, and develop account-based field marketing motions to support sales organization efforts, focusing on account-level penetration, particularly in underdeveloped regions.
- Design, plan, and oversee ongoing EPS Learning field events and webinars that align with demand generation content strategies and drive lead engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and refine field events and webinar programs to enhance their alignment with our demand marketing goals and ensure measurable impact.
- Serve as Marketing partner to Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing campaigns and activities that support lead generation and sales conversion.
- Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering high-quality experiences on behalf of EPS Learning.
- Track, measure, and report on the ROI of field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing.
- Proven expertise in planning and executing events and webinars with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in the K-12 education market is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies and demand generation principles.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce) and webinar platforms.

- Experience with digital marketing strategies.

- Knowledge of analytics tools for measuring campaign effectiveness.
