About the Role

Postman is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will drive pipeline growth and market development across Germany, ensuring that our marketing efforts resonate with a technical audience. As a Field Marketing Manager remote, you will adapt regional strategies into effective in-market executions that build trust and credibility.

What You'll Do

• Execute regional marketing plans tailored to the German market as a Field Marketing Manager remote.
• Drive pipeline creation and early- to mid-funnel engagement through localized campaigns.
• Execute integrated programs across in-person and virtual events, account-based marketing programs, and digital campaign support.
• Partner with sales teams in Germany to identify target accounts and execute engagement strategies.
• Adapt messaging, content, and experiences for the German audience, providing insights on market trends and buyer behavior.
• Track performance against pipeline KPIs and optimize programs based on outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to execute localized campaigns effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to build credibility with technical audiences.
• Data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
• Fluency in German and English is preferred.
