Facility Manager (Electrical Engineering Focus) - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Facility Manager with an Electrical Engineering Focus to join BELKAW. In this remote role, you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure our buildings are operated safely, efficiently, and sustainably. As a Facility Manager, you will not only oversee systems but also optimize processes, take on responsibilities, and make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

• Operate machinery and systems within facility management and provide first-level support for our colleagues.
• Engage external facility management service providers and coordinate their technical services.
• Identify and independently resolve issues with building technology systems such as HVAC, elevators, and more.
• As an electrical specialist, you will oversee all BELKAW locations, including customer centers.
• Conduct technical maintenance, inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead training sessions on safety, environmental protection, and technical innovations.
• Monitor external services, manage projects, and handle complaint management.
• Actively contribute to the energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001.

Requirements

• Completed training with a master qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally as a responsible electrical specialist.
• Solid knowledge of technical and legal regulations related to facility management.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of responsibility and quality awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Class B driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and resilience.
• Solution-oriented and results-driven mindset with a passion for taking initiative and responsibility.
