External Caregiver (Remote) - Flexible Schedule

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated External Caregiver to join our team remotely. This role offers flexible scheduling options, allowing you to work either weekdays or weekends while providing essential care to individuals in need. As an External Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients. Your compassion and empathy will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, ensuring that each client receives the highest standard of care.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises tailored to the client's needs.
• Perform bed baths and other hygiene tasks as required.
• Engage clients in physical exercises and massages to promote well-being.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, embodying the principles of excellent service.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
• Adapt care plans based on the evolving needs of clients.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid socio-sanitary certificate.
• Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Empathy and compassion for clients with special needs.
• Flexibility to work either weekdays or weekends as per client requirements.
• Basic knowledge of physical therapy exercises is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with clients with mobility issues.
• First aid certification.
• Additional training in caregiving or health services.
