About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Management Team Assistant to join AERTiCKET, a leading full-service consolidator in the travel industry. This remote role offers the opportunity to support our executive team, primarily the CEO and CFO, while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive management team, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
• Act as a central organizational interface for executives and staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and handling travel reimbursements.
• Assist in organizing internal and external events, ensuring all logistics are handled professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage documentation effectively.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, such as in office management or travel management.
• Several years of experience in team or management assistance roles.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital booking systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel or service industry.
• Knowledge of facility management processes.
• Familiarity with financial processes related to travel reimbursements.
