Executive Director /​ Vice President of Project Management - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director / Vice President of Project Management to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage clinical programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency. As an Executive Director / Vice President of Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in improving patient care through innovative drug development strategies.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor project management teams to ensure successful execution of clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and implement global regulatory strategies in collaboration with health authorities.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure operational efficiency.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to drive project success and maintain strong relationships.
• Utilize your expertise in quality assurance and compliance to uphold GMP and GLP standards.
• Foster a collaborative work culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and market research efforts.
• Provide leadership and guidance in statistical analysis and biostatistics for clinical research.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex clinical programs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs, including GCP/ICH guidelines and global regulatory strategies.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in financial management and operational efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in digital communications and campaign management.
• Familiarity with biologics and combination products.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a clinical-stage organization.
