Executive Assistant to Founders - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to Founders to join our dynamic team at Alchemy. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to our founders, helping manage their schedules and ensuring that they can focus on driving the company forward. What You'll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the founders, managing their schedules and coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues, ensuring smooth operations in the executive office.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including investors, advisors, and team members, to facilitate collaboration.
- Design and implement processes that enhance the efficiency of the executive office.
- Mentor and lead the administrative team, setting best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, building trust with the founders and the team.
- Manage travel arrangements, process expenses, and coordinate logistics for special events.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution, helping the founders achieve their goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years directly supporting executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in tech or startups.
- Integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work in a remote capacity while maintaining strong team collaboration.
