ERP Team Lead - Python Developer (Remote Options Available)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Team Lead - Python Developer to join our innovative team at PeK Automotive. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading the development of our internal ERP system, BINU, which plays a critical role in our production, warehouse, procurement, and accounting processes. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate with our software, mechanical design, and manufacturing teams to ensure the stability and performance of our ERP system.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership to the ERP development team, including backend and frontend developers, as well as QA specialists.
• Plan and manage software releases, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.
• Oversee Git flow management, coordinating and executing deployments effectively.
• Support the development, refactoring, and optimization of the ERP system.
• Design and optimize database architecture, ensuring efficient data handling.
• Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries, focusing on performance analysis and optimization.
• Develop new functionalities while maintaining and improving legacy code.

Requirements

• Proven experience with ERP systems or complex business systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Django (DRF).
• Excellent SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Celery and Redis for task management.
• Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
• Strong experience with Git and branching strategies (Git Flow or similar).
• Awareness of DevOps practices.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher) for technical communication and documentation.

• Experience in the automotive or robotics industry.
