About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Java Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at BeaconFire Inc. As a Java Full-Stack Developer, you will be involved in creating innovative software solutions using Java technologies and frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Develop software and web applications utilizing Java 8/J2EE/Java EE, React.js, Angular2+, SQL, Spring, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Write scalable, secure, and maintainable code that powers our clients’ platforms.
• Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with testers to understand and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and presenting new technologies for architectural review.
• Work closely with team members to achieve shared user story and sprint goals.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, C, C++, or C#.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and knowledge of common APIs and data structures.
• Understanding of relational databases and basic SQL query skills.
• 0-1 year of practical experience in Java coding is preferred.
• Knowledge of Spring, Maven, and Angular frameworks is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science (CS).
• Experience with contemporary Java technologies such as Weblogic, RabbitMQ, Tomcat, JSP, J2EE, and JDBC.
