Entry-Level Full-Stack Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role is perfect for those eager to grow as a full-stack practitioner in a high-growth SaaS company focused on Remote Work Productivity and HR Tech. You will be part of a team that designs scalable web applications prioritizing performance, accessibility, and delightful user experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript, implementing accessible and mobile-first designs.
• Build and maintain server-side APIs and services with Node.js and Express, integrating with databases and third-party RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, well-tested code, authoring unit and integration tests while actively participating in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into reliable, performant features and deliverables.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, optimize performance across both front-end and back-end, and monitor production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows, deployments, and maintain technical documentation and onboarding guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (bootcamp/projects accepted).
• Portfolio of projects or active GitHub demonstrating front-end and back-end work.
• Strong willingness to learn, collaborate in a distributed team, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have skills: JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, Git.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, and Docker.
