Enterprise IT Services Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Raisin is seeking an Enterprise IT Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with an international team of IT professionals dedicated to enhancing our internal IT operations and supporting the company's growth. As an Enterprise IT Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and configuring applications and services that align with our compliance, security, and operational goals.

What You'll Do

• Oversee IT services operations, including configuration and administration of enterprise IT services and applications.
• Implement structured change management for any change requests.
• Facilitate integration between enterprise IT services and other applications/services within the organization.
• Ensure secure IT operations, including managing fast and secure IT offboarding processes.
• Support InfoSec requests and implementations.
• Enhance productivity by automating internal team processes through scripts and leveraging AI for optimization.
• Proactively improve shared enterprise IT services to meet the needs of other teams.
• Automate IT processes through integrations and scripts to streamline operations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in IT administration, particularly in SaaS or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge in configuration and change management of multiple applications.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Google Apps Script.
• Experience in computer networks, network administration, and installation (familiarity with Meraki and/or Palo Alto Prisma is a plus).
• Proficient in IT SaaS services like Jamf, InTune, AzureAD, Google Workspace, and Okta.
• Familiarity with AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, and GitLab.
• Excellent communication skills and a background in rapidly growing Enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
