Enterprise Account Executive - Remote Sales Role

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Enterprise Account Executive remote to join our dynamic sales team at dbt Labs. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing our enterprise customer base in the DACH region. As an Enterprise Account Executive remote, you will leverage your hunter mindset to identify new business opportunities and foster growth with existing clients. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact in the analytics engineering space.

What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and close your own pipeline of companies that will benefit from the dbt Cloud offering.
• Manage and deepen the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts, optimizing our impact on these companies.
• Engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to enhance our reach in the region.
• Lead and contribute to team projects that develop our sales process.
• Collaborate with product teams to maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of closing experience in technology sales with a proven track record of exceeding annual targets.
• Demonstrable ability to build and close your own pipeline within enterprise accounts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of an analytics organization.
• Strong organizational skills to navigate long, intricate sales cycles involving multiple client teams.
• A passion for being an inclusive teammate and an involved member of the community.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-sourced software.
• Knowledge of or prior experience with dbt.
• Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn.
