Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and within budget.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
