What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor an engineering team focused on delivering key payment capabilities.
• Drive team ownership of services and processes to enhance customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Security teams to plan and execute technical roadmaps.
• Improve the team’s security posture and quality practices for reliable service delivery.
• Manage 24/7 support and ensure efficient post-incident actions and learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software development teams with a focus on success models.
• Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical expertise in Azure, C#, SQL, and related technologies.
• People-focused with a knack for coaching and developing team members.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a strategic approach to team and process enhancement.
• Understanding of agile and lean development practices in complex environments.
• Experience with modern software development practices including CI/CD and cloud management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial technology.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
