Employee Engagement Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Engagement Manager to join our team at SSP Group. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the onboarding and engagement strategies for our employees. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience and ensuring that new hires are integrated successfully into our company culture.

What You'll Do

• Organize and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive proper orientation and training.
• Establish and coordinate onboarding sessions with key company executives, communicating essential company information and protocols.
• Conduct orientation programs, including the APAC Induction Course, and maintain up-to-date records.
• Develop a yearly calendar of employee engagement activities that align with HR strategies and corporate values.
• Plan and analyze target participants for key activities, obtaining management approval for the activities plan.
• Organize impactful employee engagement activities, coordinating with stakeholders to promote a positive work culture.
• Lead and execute company-wide engagement initiatives and culture-building events.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement or human resources.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective engagement strategies.
• Experience in planning and executing employee activities and events.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools.
