About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Content & Community Manager to join our team at Oneleet. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact in the cybersecurity industry. As a Growth Content & Community Manager, you will be responsible for building a strong community around our innovative security and compliance platform. Your mission is to make Oneleet impossible to ignore in the market.

What You'll Do

• Write and publish high-volume content that positions Oneleet as the leading voice in security and compliance.
• Transform internal knowledge into engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Build a cult following of founders, CTOs, and security leaders from scratch.
• Engage with communities where our buyers spend time, becoming a trusted voice.
• Ghostwrite for founders and experts, turning their ideas into viral content.
• Own the brand voice, ensuring our content is recognizable and impactful.
• Challenge industry narratives and call out outdated practices in cybersecurity.
• Run experiments to determine what content resonates best with our audience.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in content, community, or growth marketing.
• Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to engage audiences.
• A personal audience of 100,000+ followers that you have built yourself.
• Ability to write for both technical and business audiences.
• A rebellious streak and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action.
• Comfortable working remotely across CET to EST time zones.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• A personal brand that showcases your expertise.
• Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, or growth experimentation.
• Experience building a content or community function from the ground up.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity.
