About the Role

We are seeking an EMEA Benefits Director to join FTI Consulting in a remote capacity. As the EMEA Benefits Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our benefits strategy across the EMEA region. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing and transforming our benefits programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and meet the needs of our employees.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of competitive EMEA benefits programs that enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor and broker relationships, overseeing contract negotiations and performance metrics.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions and optimize benefits offerings.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure our benefits remain competitive within the industry.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams and external vendors to ensure effective communication and processes are in place.
  • Drive the harmonization of benefits schemes across EMEA offices, adhering to collective bargaining agreements and best practices.
  • Interpret policies and resolve escalated employee issues effectively.
  • Transform the benefits function from a transactional service to a strategic partner, fostering change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in benefits management with a deep understanding of EMEA markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically while being operationally engaged.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Darwin, or Workday systems.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
