Electrical Field Coordinator - Renewable Energy Projects

About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Field Coordinator to join our team remotely, contributing to the Clean Energy Link Project in Australia. This role is crucial for ensuring that external contractors comply with all contractual obligations while delivering renewable energy solutions. As an Electrical Field Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the power network and supporting Australia's decarbonization objectives.

What You'll Do

• Oversee external contractors to ensure compliance with the Contract Lifecycle Management Framework.
• Monitor schedule progress focusing on critical path activities and associated contractor deliverables.
• Prepare daily and periodic progress reports to keep the Package Manager informed.
• Ensure site-specific safety and environmental management are adhered to during construction activities.
• Conduct inspections and reviews of contractor methodologies, schedules, and resource plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 10-13 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental issues in construction.
• Electrical high voltage experience preferred.
• Experience with overhead transmission line installation and switchgear upgrades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

• Customer-side experience in monitoring construction projects.
• Experience with construction techniques and constructability issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
