Early Childhood Educator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're seeking an Early Childhood Educator for a remote opportunity to join our team at Aurora Kindergärten. In this role, you will be responsible for the care and development of children, fostering their social skills and personal growth. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will build strong relationships with the children entrusted to you, creating a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive care and supervision for children in a remote setting.
• Observe, document, and support children's social behavior and development.
• Establish stable relationships with the children and collaborate with parents and team members.
• Engage in constructive teamwork and maintain a trusting relationship with colleagues and parents.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Take initiative in designing educational activities that align with our pedagogical concepts.
• Handle all necessary caregiving and organizational tasks related to group activities.
• Foster an environment where children are seen as active participants in their own educational processes.

Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as an Early Childhood Educator, Social Pedagogical Assistant, or equivalent.
• Understanding and appreciation for working with children, parents, and team members.
• Ability to reflect on practices and work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to the concept of a creative kindergarten and the values of Aurora Kindergärten.
• Flexibility in work arrangements, including family-friendly options and part-time models.
