About the Role

Join us as an E-Bike Sales Consultant in a remote capacity with Rebike Mobility, Germany's leading re-commerce company for E-Bikes. This role is perfect for those passionate about sustainable mobility and customer service. As an E-Bike Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising customers and enhancing their experience with our products.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in both German and English.
• Guide customers through the process of selecting E-Bikes that meet their needs.
• Assist in the preparation and minor repairs of E-Bikes.
• Handle administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Support the Store Manager with office organization and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, service, or customer consulting, preferably in the cycling industry.
• A strong affinity for bicycles, particularly E-Bikes.
• Technical understanding and comfort with basic repairs.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Physical fitness to manage test rides and heavier E-Bikes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with brands like Cube, KTM, or Giant.
• Knowledge of E-Bike technology and features.
• Fluency in additional languages.
