Dual Site Store Manager - Retail Management

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Dual Site Store Manager to join our team at Crew Clothing. This remote role will involve overseeing our Exeter and Exmouth stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and high visual merchandising standards. What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations of both stores, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance product presentation.
• Monitor sales performance and utilize commercial data to drive business decisions.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet Saltrock's standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience and resolve any issues.
• Communicate effectively with Head Office and other departments to align on business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or as a supervisor.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail.
• High standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed commercial decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a retail environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in outdoor or lifestyle retail.
• Understanding of stock management and loss prevention strategies.
• Previous experience with training and development programs.
