Documentation Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Documentation Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team at Chainlink Labs. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that supports our blockchain solutions. As a Documentation Engineer, you will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure that our documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to users.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for our blockchain products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Utilize tools such as Markdown, Git, and various documentation platforms to create and manage documentation.
• Engage in continuous improvement of documentation processes and practices.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation engineering, preferably in the blockchain or software development industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Markdown, Git, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with API documentation standards and practices.
• Knowledge of cloud providers and distributed systems.
