Customer Operations Coordinator - Logistics
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator - Logistics to join our team at TOMRA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every installation and service appointment runs smoothly. As a Customer Operations Coordinator - Logistics, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience within our New Markets at TOMRA Collection. This position is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and while it is primarily on-site, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of enhancing sustainability through innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage outbound confirmations for all logistics around installations and service appointments, ensuring customers are always informed.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear, timely, and empathetic support.
- Enforce readiness gates before dispatch, sync with calendars, and keep case statuses up to date.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for installations and service interventions, optimizing routes and resources.
- Document all interactions in CRM/ERP systems and communicate effectively with relevant teams.
- Escalate unresolved issues according to the escalation matrix, ensuring swift resolution.
- Champion customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a Logistics role, with some contact center or customer service experience.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills; you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the CleanTech industry.
- Knowledge of logistics management software.
- Fluency in additional languages.
