Sales Support Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Support Specialist remote position at Kerry, the world's leading taste and nutrition company. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to our French Key Accounts within the Taste and Nutrition sector, ensuring smooth day-to-day business coordination and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing, and documentation with timely and accurate responses.
• Manage the project pipeline in close collaboration with Key Account Managers, ensuring status, progress, and timelines are kept up to date in CRM systems.
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate complex interactions with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Lead commercial and master data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across CRM and related systems.
• Prepare and support commercial documentation, including offers, quotations, and tender materials.
• Maintain and update customer price lists, ensuring correct implementation within internal systems.
• Partner closely with Customer Service to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives through proactive communication and process improvement.
• Support Key Account Managers with customer meetings, business reviews, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience working cross-functionally within a commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SAP and master data management.
• Fluent in French and English.
